Meet the approach

Sasquatch Inspection Co.

See what
others miss.

A closer view of the places that are difficult to reach. Clear imagery, an agreed scope and practical information for your next decision.

01

Commercial
roof inspections

Get a closer view of roof coverings, gutters, drainage and other agreed visible features. Help your team plan maintenance or decide where further investigation is needed.

Discuss your roof
02

Assets &
elevated areas

Explore suitable external building features and industrial assets that are difficult to assess from the ground. Capture views around the specific question you need answered.

Tell us about your asset
03

Thermal
inspections

Discuss thermal capture to highlight temperature patterns where the asset and conditions are suitable. Patterns can guide further checks; they do not, on their own, confirm a leak or defect.

Discuss thermal suitability

Every inspection is subject to site suitability, access, permissions and operating conditions.

A better view.
Benefits on the ground.

Capture the detail you need, with a practical approach to access, safety, time and cost.

01 / CAPTURE

Detail you can use

High-resolution views of hard-to-reach areas, with thermographic imagery where included and suitable. See the wider asset and the detail that deserves attention.

02 / SAFETY

Less work at height

For suitable inspections, capture from the air can reduce the need for people to access roofs or elevated areas, reducing exposure to work-at-height risks.

03 / TIME

Less setup. Less disruption.

Aerial capture can reduce the access setup and downtime associated with scaffolding or MEWPs for an initial visual survey. We plan the work around your site.

04 / COST

Focus your resources

Reduce access hire and setup costs where drone capture is suitable. Located observations help you target further investigation and plan maintenance spending.

A clearer record. A more informed next step.

Built around your brief

Evidence for
the next step.

A comprehensive inspection report turns a closer view into information you can use. We agree the inspection scope around the question you need answered, then bring the imagery and observations together clearly.

  • 01High-resolution imagery of agreed inspection areas
  • 02Detailed observations with clearly identified locations
  • 03Thermographic imagery where included and suitable

The report makes coverage and limitations clear, helping you prioritise maintenance, brief specialists and plan repairs or further investigation. Format and delivery timeframe are agreed in your quotation.

Discuss the output you need

A clearer view.
A better-informed decision.

For facilities and estates teams, commercial owners and managing agents, roofing and maintenance contractors, and industrial site managers.

Share visible observations with the right specialist. Plan follow-up investigations with more context. Where appropriate, drone capture can reduce the need for some initial work at height.

Before
we take
a closer look.

A few practical answers.

Ask the team
What types of property do you inspect?

The focus is commercial roofs, suitable external building features and industrial assets. Tell us the property type and area of concern so we can assess the scope.

Can every site be inspected by drone?

No. Suitability depends on the location, access, airspace, permissions, people nearby and conditions. These are reviewed before an inspection approach is confirmed.

What will I receive?

You will receive a comprehensive inspection report covering the agreed scope, with detailed observations, clearly identified locations and high-resolution imagery. Where thermal capture is included and conditions are suitable, the report also includes thermographic imagery and context for interpreting it. Coverage and any limitations are made clear, helping you prioritise maintenance, brief the right specialist, plan further investigation and make informed repair or budget decisions. The reporting format and delivery timeframe are agreed in your quotation.

Can thermal imagery confirm a leak or defect?

It can show temperature patterns that warrant investigation, but cannot by itself establish the cause of a defect or water ingress. Suitable conditions and further checks may be needed.

Will the inspection disrupt the site?

We plan the inspection around your site and agree any access arrangements with you in advance. For suitable visual surveys, aerial capture can be far less disruptive than erecting scaffolding or bringing in a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP). It can reduce work at height, access setup time and associated costs, helping keep people safely on the ground and your site moving. A small, temporary controlled area may still be needed for take-off, landing and the flight. We will explain what is required and work with you to keep disruption to a minimum.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

Careful preparation starts well before the inspection. We carry out rigorous pre-planning and monitor the weather as your appointment approaches, keeping you informed if conditions may affect the flight or the quality of the imagery. If the weather is not favourable, we will make the safe decision and talk through the best solution with you, whether that means adjusting the timing, rescheduling or reviewing the approach. We will work around your priorities wherever we can, so you feel informed and supported throughout.

Is this a structural survey?

The service covers agreed visible inspection areas, with thermal work where specified. It does not include a structural survey, intrusive investigation or engineering certification unless separately agreed with appropriately qualified specialists.

How much does an inspection cost?

Pricing depends on the site, access, scope and reporting required. Send the details for a tailored quotation before work starts.
